The steady thunder of hooves and the strong scent of the ocean flowed through the gates. A thick fog seemed to curl through the opening and over the top of the gates. Like the crashing waves of water and a wisp of mist crashed into the ground on the other side like the spray of the ocean crashing upon the rocks.
The thundering sound seemed to grow very close now and the burning eyes of a large beast came into sight, like a pair of burning coals white hot. The eyes of a emerald colored horse with a mane black as pitch was seen. Yet, trace amounts of seaweed and kelp were seen intermingled in the mane and tail, and the feathering about its hooves and chin and elbows. A rider clad in a crimson sat upon the beast a moment and dismounted.
The black saddle that was seen upon its back, was done in a thick leather that was much stouter than normal leather seen on a saddle. This saddle was made for this powerful beast to take the wear and tear indeed. It was adorned in mithril chain that was dark and nearly as black as the mane of the beast. But in the bright silvery-white of normal mithril was a Coat of arms upon either side of the saddle, a set of three eyes at the nine, twelve, and three o' clock position. And below them, a toothy grin.
But then a clawed hand ran over the saddle... The skin tone was gray as slate and the claws a lighter tone. Yet the armored backing and gauntlets that covered the arms were black and silver like the saddle. But the rest was covered in a dark crimson cloak.
A large shield was also seen upon his shoulder, covering an area from the knee to neck area. Its face was pristine baring the same marking seen on the saddle as well of the three eyes and grin. A lance with a long serrated head was seen on the same side of the shield, yet the entire lance looked to be made of a dark version of mithril.
The helm that shrouded his face was also black with a silver trim, made of the same material. But in a spartan appearance and look,entire face coverage except eyelets and a slit where the mouth was.
Upon the crest of the helm was a very detailed, almost a mix of Celtic or Nordic interweaving of a large wolf that was indeed thin but bared the extreme details. His eyes shined a dark green in the darkness of his helm, Yet as his eyes played over the grounds he walked slowly through the opening of the gate and his mount followed closely.
Looking about he was sure that he was seen coming and at the look of things, there were repairs being done upon the building in front of him. Planting the six inch spike in the end of his two meter lance into the earth he waited for some sort of response.

The sounds of a horse approaching woke Jeeves from his slumber at the front door. Opening the heavy solid oak door he saw a rider upon a black horse. The rider was wearing an armour of metal which Jeeves couldn't make out but the colour seemed to be of a reddish colouration....
Walking out on to the front steps he saw the rider dismount and lead the horse through the gateway into the courtyard, then thrust his long lance into the ground. He decided this must be the guest the mistress had spoken about ,
"Greetings my Lord , I'm the butler Jeeves ... would I be right in believing that your the mistresss friend Master Draugluin? If you are please follow me, I'll show you to where she is entertaining her guests in the vistors room...Don't worry about the horse the stable lad you lent her ladyship will tend to him shortly..."
Show the new visitor in the enterance hall , Jeeves summonded one of the pages .... " run ahead and inform the mistress she has a new guest to entertain.. Then go to the kitchen and inform Duke that another human will be required for the evening meal..."
Turning to the warrior who now stood just inside the door... " you can place your helmet just here my Lord and the mistress would like all her guest's to leave any weapons in the chest over there before they enter any further in her home..."
As soon as The Knight had complied Jeeves led him down the hallway the the main quarters of the mansion and Spike's Mrs visitors entertaining room....

Patting the side of his Kelpie he smirked from behind the helm he wore. He removed his belt and three long knives and a modified mameluke sword. He hooked the belt over the horn of the saddle and with drew his lance from the ground and kicked the dirt free, sliding it into a secure spot on his shield and set it on the saddle on one side.
Removing his helm he blinked his eyes and shook his head. "Do not worry about feeding me. I have already eaten." he said in his usual deep monotone voice.
He placed his helmet also on the horn of the saddle as he rubbed the dark green horse's slick skin. The kelpie snorted, causing Draugluin to look at his steed and nod, watching the kelpie turn and head out the gate, leaving him and the butler standing outside. He shifted his crimson cloak and hid his body out of habit.
Looking at the butler with a quirked brow and flashed a small smirk at the corner of his mouth, "So are you going to hold my hand as well or would you just point me to where I will meet your Mistress?" he half chuckled as he waited to see what else might come about.

Hearing a noise by the entrance hall *Spike's Mrs left her Private Quarters where she had been resting and went to see what all the fuss and noise was about....
As she rounded the corner one of the young pages ran straight into her....
~" Mr Jeeves Said to tell you Ma'am there's a new guest"~
The boy stammered out.
Dismissing him with a flick of her wrist she continued on her way the the front entrance... She got there in time to see Draugluin being his usual self, and laughed silently to herself... Jeeves was use to dealing with bad tempered Vampires so Draugluin's sarky coment about him holding his hand as he was shown to herself just flew over the butlers head...
Making herself known Spike's Mrs stepped out of the shadows she was hugging as to observe her new arrival .
" Draugluin So nice of you to come visiting."
Looking at Jeeves she spoke telepathcaly to the butler dismissing him from the hall but sending in the direction of her private quarters to let Fill know they had a new guest.The butler left the 2 beings alone and went to complete his tasks.
.
" Shall we go to my entertaining room instead of standing around this draughty old doorway? Draugluin... I'm sure you could do with a nip of something to warm your bones I see the fog is rather thick outside tonight...."
The sounds of a shrill scream suddenly filled the air, and *Spike's Mrs knew Fill had woken up and found the tasty snack she had left for him in their bedroom... As they walked down te hallway towards the vistors room and passed the stairway to teacherspet quarters another cry pierced the air this one that of a small child. Turning to Draugluin she spoke quietly...
"You must excuse all the noise in the mansion tonight we are not long awake, and well you must understand as vampires the fresher the meal the tastier it is.... Ahhhh here we are my Vistors Entertaining Room . Please won't you come in and make yourself comfortble. I'll call the maid shortly to bring some blood wine or perhaps you wish for another beverage?"

Nodding to Mrs, he walked behind her and took a seat that was offered to him. He smirked and looked about the room, as he adjusted himself accordingly.
"Quite the place you have here... Even with the noise. I would like three finger high of scotch please." He said once he was adjusted in the chair.
Smirking he thought of the fog that he brought in with him and closed his striking green eyes a moment and the fog he brought in slowly faded back into the shadows. Reopening his eyes he looked to Mrs and smiled.
"No worries about the fog, I tend to like it it."

Hanyou draws his cloak about him to keep out the heavy mists that seemed to surround the Manor. He had promised Mrs. that he would pay her and her family a long overdue visit, and was finally doing that.
He walked the pathway to the door, looking for any sign of Jeeves. When he reached the door un hailed, he picked up his hand and knocked squarely 3 times.

Jeeves sat by the door listening to his Master and Mistress laughing and playing hide and seek with their evening meal. A quick glance at the clock on the wall said it was getting close to midnight, he was exhausted and cold from the mist that still lingered around the Mansion from Master Draugluin's visit though that vistor had be gone from the mansion 2 days past....
Seeing from the corner of his eye, the young breeding couple choosen from the pens as his masters meal hide under the staircase he shook his head.... The Master Fill would find them quick and help his mate hone in on their quarry....
In his observation of the young couple he'd totally missed the appearance of Master Hanyou walking up the path along side the drive, so the sudden 3 knocks on the door beside him made him jump a little.... Looking though the spy hole to check who it was while still listening to his Mistress play with her food, He saw it was his Mistresses close friend.
**Mrs" Come out, Come out where ever you are" Distant laughing**
Next to the stair case a small boy aged around 8years sat on a stool he was dozing a little and Jeeves shouted at him.
"William wake up, the Master and Mistress have a vistor go to the kitchen and find Duke. Tell him to make ready an evening meal for Master Hanyou he should know what he would like..."
Opening the door Jeeves welcomed his Mistresses friend, usher him in as quickly as possible so the meal didn't take the opportunity to escape through the opening.
" Master Hanyou if you would please follow me I'll show you to the vistor entertaining room. Then I'll inform the Mistress of your visit, she's hunting her meal at the moment with the master Fill, but I'm sure she won't take long to track it down...."
Casting an eye towards the staircase where the pair were hiding he could here Fill's feet apporoaching from the west side of the mansion . It wouldn't be long now before the two were laying in the graveyard next to yesterday meal...

Hearing the knock upon the front door as she descended the stairs from her room, teacherspet looked to see who was visiting them. Jeeves was leading their good friend Hanyou towards the visitors room, sensing that her sire was busy with her mate hunting their meal she headed there to greet their guest.

Amster walks up the path to the castle. The sky some what grayed over as if it were going to be storming soon. She pulls her traveling cape closer around her, as she notices the fog start to roll in as well. Wow! This place is amazing... so beautiful!
She walks up to the door and knocks three times before the butler gets to the door. As the door opens, she doesn't give the butler time to ask any questions "Hi! Spikes Mrs has invited me to come to the mansion. I know I am some what early for their anniversary, but I figured that would give me some time to catch up with some old friends. " She smiles sweetly.

Noting Amster up ahead and catching the tail end of her comment, Damson added quickly, "If you're early - then so am I!"
After mentioning her details to the gatekeeper Damson quickened her pace up the pathway to the mansion's main entrance. Catching up to her friend she hip-checked her before smiling brightly at the butler. "Your employers have a lovely place here. I can't want to see the ballroom."
It felt rather quiet on the grounds even at the front door, but with an anniversary party planned the place would probably become a bit more unlively soon.

Descending the staircase teacherspet saw Jeeves admitting guests who had arrived early for her sire Spike's Mrs and Fill's anniversary party.
She approached them and greeted them "Good evening it is lovely to welcome you to our home I am sure Spike's Mrs will be happy at your arrival". After listening to their greetings she then turned to Jeeves and instructed him to take their guests to the visitors guests rooms on the south side of the house and to send some maids to help them with their unpacking.
Turning back to their guests teacherspet said "please settle in and explore the mansion, if you require any assitance please pull the bell chords in the rooms and a servant will be with you presently, I will inform my sire of your arrival." Jeeves asked Damson and Amster to follow him and teacherspet watched as they walked behind looking around them as they went. As they started to ascend the staircase she swiftly turned and headed towards her study to find victoria and ask her to inform her sire of their guests arrivals.

Spike's Mrs was some what dishevelled when teacherpet maid found her... She'd been in the stables with her mate with the idea of them taking a ride through the woods but that had been put to one side in favour of other pursuits.
Trying to straighten her clothing as she entered the front enterance to the mansion Spike's Mrs hoped she wouldn't run unto her guest until she'd had time to freshen up....
" Jeeves where are my guests and is Master Hanyou here yet?"
On hearing that Damson and Amster where up in the guest rooms and Hanyou hadn't arrived yet she quickly made her way to her own quarters to bathe and change her clothing.... Hopfully Fill would ride for an hour or two before coming back to the mansion insisiting she eat again... If Hanyou was here she could say she fed with him...
AS she went up the stairs she remember that her newest childe was due to arrive ...
"Jeeves my new childe should make her way here in the next day or so once her blood lust has been staited please see her to a room.THen tell teacherspet I said she's to call a dressmaker I want diamond ali dressed in pink for my party... teacherspet is to wear yellow or a deep purple if bluepet comes in she's to have blue and my grandchilde corpses girl should have a white or grey. I want them all in ball gowns now remember to tell my eldest this I'm relying on you to pass the instruction s as I've laid out"
Feeling tired Spike's Mrs yawned a little before continuing her way to her quarters ..... where she would freshen up before finding her guests....

Corwin finds himself in front of the castle gates sooner than he expected. He fidgeted with his earrings for a moment before boldly announcing, "I am Corwin Barimen, of Clan Capadocious. I come to seek audience with Spikes Mrs and Fill, so that I might obtain a formal introduction to their one year anniversary."
After standing for a moment, Corwin knocked on the door and waited until it was opened. Once he was let in, he said, "Yo, Corwin here. I trust I'm on time for the celebration?"

Jeeves opened the door to a new guest ... " Please come in Master Corwin , The party is due to start on Saturday 14/2 I'm sure the Mistress or Master will isuse your key card soon...."
Jeeves showed Corwin through to the main quarters of the Mansion " Please make yourself at home I'm sure you'll find someone you know in one of the rooms...."
